Walter C. Waltereze is the Chairman and founder of PPG WA and an American entrepreneur who established the Princetek Peregrine Group, a fast producer of efficient luxurious, yet affordable housing schemes in West Africa. He was and remains the Chairman of Princetek International registered in 1990, the Managing Director of Worldwide Energy Services and the President / CEO of Ezcor 9000 Technologies Inc, USA. Walter brings to PPG 15 years of both International and domestic engineering management experience. He has been involved in multi-million property design and developments in both hemispheres. He also had many years of experience in telecommunications, particularly in Intelligent Home Technologies. Walter also holds several US Patents and Publication for Inventions to name a few: October 17, 2000 Awarded Intellectual Property Rights to US Patent #6132343, September 28, 1999: Awarded Intellectual Property Rights to US Patent #5957788, for an invention called XTEP-1, and several new frontier housing innovations awards. He continues to lead creative in-roads into affordable housing technologies and mass fabrication technologies.
Education: Walter graduated with a BSME in Mechanical Engineering & a Minor in Systems Analysis and Design from Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah. 1-year Masters in Engineering Management, MEM. Attended Aldenham School in Hertfordshire, England for Junior education in science and technical studies.
